Please note: Items in your shopping cart are not reserved until your order is completed.
READY TO CHECK OUT?
Once you’re done shopping, it’s time to complete your order.
Click the cart icon in the top right corner to view your selected items.
On the next page, you can adjust quantities if needed. Then click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’.
You’ll be directed to the checkout page, where you can easily fill in all your details on one page.
Please note: Once your order has been completed, it can no longer be changed, as it will be processed immediately to ensure you receive it as soon as possible.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
At Stijlster, shipping is free — we cover all delivery costs for you.*
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
CAN I TRACK MY DELIVERY?
Yes! All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow your shipment on the order status page.
Please note that it may take a short time before your tracking information becomes available.
WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Stijlster aims to deliver your products as quickly as possible.
If you place your order on a working day before 3:00 PM, we strive to process it the same day.
Many of our products are shipped directly from our supplier in China, resulting in an average delivery time of 7–10 business days.
NOT HOME DURING DELIVERY?
If your package cannot be delivered, it will be held for 7 days at a local pickup point.
You’ll receive a notification from the courier with details about the pickup location.
After 7 days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the provided shipping address is correct.
We do our best to process and ship orders quickly, so there is only a short window to correct an incorrect address.
If you believe you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your Track & Trace shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us.
We will do our best to assist and find a solution.
