Returns & Refund Policy
If you have received the wrong items or the items you received are defective, please email info@stijlster.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you may return them to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and sellable condition.
Once your return has been received, you are entitled to a full refund (excluding the cost of return shipping).
We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Requesting a Return
Return Period
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.
Report any damages, defects, or incorrect items as quickly as possible, including a photo or video of the item, so we can assist you efficiently.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item?
Please return the original product and place a new order for the desired item.
Once your return has been approved, you can go ahead and purchase the new one.
Refunds
After we inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take several days to process the refund.

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Please ensure all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

All returns must be shipped using a trackable and insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or damaged packages during return shipping.

Returns must be sent internationally, directly to our supplier in China.

All returns must be approved before being shipped back. Unapproved returns may not be processed.
