Exchanges & Returns
If you have received the wrong items or the items you have received are defective, please email info@stijlster.com to discuss this further.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and resalable condition.
Once returned you are entitled to a full refund, which does not include the costs of return shipping. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
Request a return
Return period
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Don't forget to include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns process
Mail to info@stijlster.with. Mention in the email:
- Your order number.
- The reason for return.
- Add evidence (if necessary)
Damage or Problems
Check your order immediately upon receipt. Report any damage, defects, or incorrect deliveries as soon as possible, with a video or photo of the item, so we can assist you quickly.
Exchanges
Exchange? Send the item back and place a new order. After approval of your return, you can purchase the desired item immediately.
Refunds
"After inspecting the returned item, we will let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be automatically refunded. Please note: processing by your bank may take a few days."

- All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging.
- We are not responsible for the costs of returning the items.
- Please ensure that all returned items are properly packaged so that they are not damaged in the post.
- Ensure that all return packages are sent with a traceable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during return transport.
- Returns must be sent abroad, directly to our supplier in China.
- Make sure that the return is approved - without approval, this may result in your return not being processed.
